Class Types
- Authentic Hot Yoga – a class for everyone, whether it be day one or day 1,000. The class consists of 26 postures performed twice with two breathing exercises in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity.
- Advanced Hot Yoga – an invitation only class where the original 86 postures are performed once, led by an experienced and well-practiced guide.
- Kid’s Class – A shortened version of the series where the 26 postures are performed only once and the room is warm.
