Meet Meredith, Director

Meredith has been practicing Bikram yoga since 2002 and studied with Bikram in spring 2006. She has taught yoga all over the world, focusing her time in Atlanta, GA and in Europe. Meredith deeply respects the core beliefs of the Bikram Yoga lineage while enjoying various streams of influence. She adores Kundalini yoga and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and regularly teaches kid’s yoga, private clients, golfers and more mature yogis. She has taken Bikram’s advanced course and cherishes her time in California seeing Bikram. Meredith is rather new to Southern Florida and is thrilled to call this area home. She deeply believes in an all-natural lifestyle; she eats plant based cuisine, uses natural products and attests to the happiness a holistic lifestyle brings! Meredith loves her family, friends, yoga, green juice, the ocean, plants, animals and the sunshine.

Meet Frankie, Director

Frankie studied with Bikram in the summer of 2004. She has a deep practice that is kept strong with continuous visits to her Guru and studying all forms of human anatomy and movement, both on the mat and in the classroom. Frankie’s undergraduate degree is in biology with heavy emphasis in the pre-medical courses, as her original intention was to attend medical school at Georgetown. Her desire to continue and deepen her yoga studies came about when witnessing the healing modality that yoga could provide on the physical as well as the mental body. Frankie continues to practice daily in addition to teaching and is well-practiced in the advanced series as well, a testing series of 86 postures performed with very little rest. Frankie has two beautiful children and was in the hot room everyday during her pregnancies, a strong testiment to her belief in this amazing yoga practice.
